We are a proud member of the auto parts recyclers association (APRAA) ,Auto recyclers association(ARA )as well as the Motor Traders Association. As members of these associations, we have a code of ethics that must be followed to insure customers are treated in a fair and business-like manner at all times. In 2004 we were the first Australian auto recycler to use the pinnacle inventory system and have created a parts database that is used across Australia .
Our commitment to forward thinking was the deciding factor for joining this elite group of Auto Recyclers using the pinnacle inventory system. With this system we have been able to take advantage of a Windows Operating System and are fully networked with an always-on Internet connection. The reporting of the Pinnacle System enables us to see what parts our customers are asking for, allowing us more efficient purchases.
